When you try solving problems you find that different human beings have different approaches; some human beings seem to just desire to ‘dive in’ and talk about imaginable solutions, others seem to desire to spend ages trying to apportion blame for the difficulty in the first place and a third collection desire to analyse what causes the difficulty. Let’s face it, there is a fourth collection that would rather ’sweep the difficulty under the carpet’ and do something else! Having a ‘action’ of logical steps helps the team to employment together to solve the difficulty however there are still some differences between using a action to solve a difficulty solo.
